To rent a vehicle from us, you must:
The renter agrees to use the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. The vehicle shall not be used for commercial purposes, racing, or any illegal activities.
Rental fees are due at the time of vehicle pickup. Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, late returns, fuel, damages, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
The renter is responsible for all damage to the vehicle during the rental period. We strongly recommend purchasing our comprehensive insurance coverage or ensuring your personal auto insurance covers rental vehicles.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
